Using MS Netmeeting

Click on "Start", "Programs", "Accessories", "Communications". If MS Netmeeting isn't there, search the help system (F1) for "Netmeeting" and there will be instructions on how to activate it. Run Netmeeting.

Now we have broadband, with a fixed IP address, call setup should be easy. To initiate a webcam session to us, connect to the Internet, and type in our fixed IP address as below by clicking on "Call" and "New Call".  Type in the IP address in the "To" field, this should initiate the Netmeeting session.
